Gary and Debra Pell of Fremont would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kari Pell to David Mercer.

Kari is a 2003 graduate of Fremont High School. She is currently employed as a hairstylist at Joan and Co.

David is the son of Linda and the late Charles Mercer. He is a 1996 graduate of Newaygo High School, and is employed by Mighty Lube.

A July 12, 2008 wedding is being planned.
