Tom Ekkel and Melissa Palmer, both of Fremont, announced their engagement on Nov. 10, 2007.

Tom is the son of Bob and Wendy Ekkel and Melissa is the daughter of Clint and Karla Palmer. Both are graduates of Fremont High School.

They plan to marry in July before moving to LaGrange, Wyoming for college at Frontier School of the Bible.
