Roger and Mary (Waters) Folkema are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Marie Folkema to Philip Ryan Pinkston, son of Gerald and Sue (Frens) Pinkston.

Rachel is a 2004 graduate of Fremont High School, and is currently employed as a manager at Smart Style in Muskegon.

Philip is a 2001 graduate of Fremont High School, and is currently employed as a cook as well as training for management at Applebee's in Muskegon.

A September 27, 2008 wedding is being planned in Fremont.
