Richard W. “Rick” Eldred

(January 31, 1962 - November 8, 2007)

Richard W. “Rick” Eldred, 45, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, and formerly of Fremont, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007.

He was born on Jan. 31, 1962 in Muskegon to Wayne Eldred and Carolann (Carpenter) Eldred. He attended Fremont High School where he was on the Cross Country team, and graduated in 1980. He served his country by joining the US Air Force in 1981 and retired in 2002. On Dec. 15, 1990 he married Kelly Jo Kramer in Omaha, Nebraska.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly; a daughter, Tiffany Miles of Grant; sons Richard and Daniel-both of Glen Burnie, Maryland; granddaughter, Kayla Miles; mother, Carolann Anderson of Fremont; sisters, Beverly (Jeff) Wright of White Cloud and Krithana (Steve) Matthews of Fremont; and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Eldred.

Services were held on Saturday, Nov. 17 at North Arundel Church in Glenn Burnie, Maryland. Interment was made at Crownsville Veterans Cemtery in Crownsville, Maryland.
